Is it Friday again already? I’m thankful for a fast week, and am really looking forward to a beautiful fall weekend. Before we enter full weekend relaxation mode, I want to share a few of my favorite things from the week.
I’m enjoying digging into the Women in the Workplace 2017 findings. This has shown up on all my social media several times this week, and it’s so interesting to see the data.
This post from the National Coffee Association of the USA blends two of my favorite topics: generational studies and coffee. In this article I learned that over half of coffee consumed on a daily basis is considered “gourmet”. I couldn’t make it through the day without several cups of strong black coffee. I’m definitely adding the full Coffee Through the Ages report to my weekend reading list.
I’ll give you a full list of my Introvert’s Book Club reads for October later this month, but can’t wait to tell you about Don’t Let Go by Harlen Coben. I took a break from mystery thrillers for a few months, and this was a page turner that has me excited to dive back into a few of the scarier titles on my to be read list. It was intense and entertaining. This is only my third Coben novel, and I will certainly be reading more.
Happy Friday! What are your weekend plans? Mine include books, coffee, and banana bread.
